May has been an eventful month for the team at Sarti! We would like to personally thank everyone who came out to celebrate Mother's Day. With our delicious 3 course lunch, Chef Paolo impressed mums with an amazing variety of seasonal dishes. 

We like the idea of a full dining table, with friends or family sharing seasonal foods, rich and earthy in flavours. Our recently launched winter menu is delivering these traditional Italian flavours, but with more of a modern twist. Highlights include 'Scialatielli con Gallinella' – basil pasta, Red Gurnard, asparagus and grey mullet bottarga.

With end of financial year quickly approaching, treat your co-workers to a beautiful lunch or dinner at Sarti. Space is quickly filling up for June & July, so be sure to book in early to get your preferred date.
